After reading some of the reviews we went not quite sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. Toilets were clean - went plenty of times as toddler potty training. And staff polite. The soft play was extensive and kept our 2 year old entertained...More

Dirty dirty dirty, the frames are filthy, the toilets are a disgrace. I will NOT be taking my children here again! Awful

The food was absolutely atrocious and I think GCSE food tech pupils could have prepared better quality food! I emailed a complaint which was ignored. Staff were rude and ignorant, grunting instead of speaking whenever possible. I’ll be seeking alternative play venues in the future...More
