My partner and I called in the cider press in Plymouth for drinks. Not a great place quite grubby, the toilets were pretty gross. Only positive was the location. Wouldn’t go back I’m afraid.

This place is good fun when you've had a few, music always lively. Dancing on the tables a must. Cracking in the summer outside too.

We popped in here for a drink whilst walking round the Barbican. I've not been to Plymouth in years but this used to be a favourite in my younger days. There used to be a huge choice of ciders. Since then they seem to have...More

Not been in for about a year because we felt that it was inhospitable, poorly staffed and with an unpleasant vibe. Regret to say that it seems to have got worse. The inside feels unclean, the draughts drinks not very well kept and most worrying...More

Having booked an overbought stay at a nearby hotel we decided to go to the Barbican for the evening. Having served in the Royal Navy during the 80's we never went to the Barbican due to it being expensive and the clientele being a little...More
