Great for families. Lovely cafe & restaurant. Surfing good. Picture-perfect Cornish beach with facilities nearby and parking within walking distance but arrive early to get a space -- or be preapred to wait for someone leaving

Lovely beach there are 4 to choose from but I love this one the best. When the tide is out you can walk from here all the way round to the harbour. Very clean and staff are their tidying all day.

The nearest beach is the station car park that’s usually full, the one we use would be too far away, you could park carbis bay then get a train in if your not staying in st Ives sorry if not much help.
