This is like going back in time, to a pub with no gaming machines or loud music, just a place to drink and relax, if you ever want to see how Pubs used to look con's here.

Delightfully free from hoards of fresh young students.. being able to quietly chat without wild music, gaming machines, or huge screens is just relaxing......plus of course with excellent beer. Very much a traditional back street pub, with super charm.

This is a great back street boozer serving a great range of very well kept beers and a good range of snacks. The locals are friendly and it is well worth seeking out if you are in the area. All my reviews are based on...More

Nice and friendly atmossphere and the barman is a real charachter. If you want to visit a real Classic British pub, this is it. No slot machines, no music (and no women!). But a lot of locals. Personally I think the beer selections are a...More

A proper pub for the right reasons. Good selection of real ales and real ciders. Quiet and friendly on a midweek night.

This is a traditional pub not far from the station serving a range of real ales including some Oakham ales. Very lively on a Friday night and friendly bar staff.

I enjoy visiting the Live & Let Live. The beer is well looked after and there are usually two Oakham Ales on offer.

No music, no frills, great beer, friendly staff. I don't get here as often as I would like but it is nice and near the station so always handy when there is a cancelled train!

Excellent beer with a bent for the hoppy. Perhaps one of the last traditional pub landlords in Cambridge. One of the most extensive range of rums outside of the Caribbean - around 120 or so. Bar snacks.
