Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I visited the gallery when it was displaying the travelling exhibition of original prints from four studios (4 Ateliers).
There were approximately 30 pieces of artwork at the Peer and an equal number of prints at the Swan Gallery across the street. I assume this was done to allow the individual pieces to be appropriately displayed.
At the Peer Gallery, there was an interesting display of tools and examples of the various printmaking techniques.
At various times throughout the exhibition, the gallery held workshops, and special events relating to printmaking.

The Peer Gallery is the best gallery in Lunenburg. It is a collective run by the artists themselves. I have been here three times over the years and it never disappoints. The gallery includes art from over a dozen artists including Bob Hainstock, Barbara McLean and George Waldorf. It was these three artists in particular who had me begin collecting art and who moved me into a deeper appreciation of art. The gallery offers a wide range of art and is worth a look. Take your time here, you won't be disappointed.

The artists represented here are among the best of Nova Scotia Artists. I especially love Tom Wards Watercolours but this gallery never disappoints. If you purchase here you are punching quality and supporting talent that should be supported.
