Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

As always, great place to spend weekend with family. Buy popcorn grab some Coca Cola and enjoy a cartoon like Boss Baby with your loved ones. I love in general Cineplex, it's nice to have places like this in your town. Thanks

It's a commercial complex with restaurants and a movie theatre complex. What else do you need to know? It's new. It's clean. The restaurateur choices are good and accessible. The indoor parking is hard to find, but it is there and it is plentiful and easy to park.

New cinema concept, it has all type of theatres like VIP, IMAX, DBOX, 3D and regular. In the same building there are many shops, restaurants and cafes. Arrive early to explore the area and may be play in the arcade. If you buy the VIP package there is a VIP lounge where you can order your food and be serve there or inside the movie theatre. The special theatres came as a premium package and cost a bit more than the general. We found the staffs working in the VIP lounge are very friendly and its a challenge to eat inside the theatre because of low lighting. The food is not exceptional but it is not overprice but for a cinema that offer food it's quite good. You can buy tickets online and reserve the seats too. Overall a great experience and great to go out for a date night.

The new theatre went up and it has all the new theatres: VIP, IMAX, DBOX, 3D and General. It also has the VIP lounge and a small arcade.

The design is modern and beautiful; I love the interesting sculptures near and above the enterprise entrance. The white tiles in the lobby are kept clean, and the parking lot is decorated with artistic graffiti.

The seats are typical depending on which type of theatre you choose. The VIP has double couches, the general and 3D have regular blue chairs, the IMAX has spacious seats, and I have yet to go to DBOX(though it's still on my bucket list!).

The arcade does not have a large variety of games, but it's still fun. The Mario kart game surprised me as it was fun, because we learned of Co-op mode's fusion tank; the two players sitting side by side literally fuse karts as one shoots unlimited green shells as the other drives for a short time. The staff is fun, though when it's busy(like on Tuesdays) it's hard to get help if a machine breaks down.

The staff overall is a fun group of youths; I joke with them all the time at the theatre, even though I don't know them personally. There is a bad apple here and there, but the overall experience is not bad.

Have yet to experience someone kicking the back of my chair purposely like at another theatre I went to; the community is good in that aspect. It gets really hectic though on Tuesdays, and parking is like mission impossible. There is an underground parking lot and above ground, but it's still not enough on Tuesdays.

The food is like any other cineplex. Expensive and normal, though the popcorn is still as addictive as ever. In the VIP theatre, the macaroni poppers is my favourite snack.

Overall, I love going here at least once a month. It still has the family-like air as the old location did, and you can still get bubble tea because they opened up a chattime downstairs near the box office!

Although this is a good theatre it should be interesting to see the new one being built. It's supposed to be fantastic.

well, what can i say about a Cinema? you all know what it is. this place always functions well. for some reason i became attached to it more than any other. maybe it is the setup, the size of general area, the seats... i am not sure but it is good memory always. even the couple of times where i picked the wrong movie - well she did!
