We had an amazing day with Arrow tours. We were large getting off the cruise but the new owner Toby drove us to the first stop off point. Kerry was an excellent guide and made sure that we all enjoyed the day. I hope that the recent happenings in the world will clear soon and wish you every success.

Hi Clare, Thank you for your compliments. I will pass them on to Kerry. He is an entertaining authentic Kiwi man....we love his dry humour expressed through his as he calls it "made for radio" voice. Yes, this has had an unimaginable impact on our business as of March 13. We can't for see when we will be up and operating again but we hope it is as soon as it is safe for everyone. We hope you made it home to England safe and you remain that way. Toby

Great tour of the area with an informative guide. Rotorua and the Gondola ride were lovely. The luge track was a very fun addition to our day while still getting to see the area. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

We did a tour with a small group, saw mud pools, geysers. Visited a kiwi farm. Tour guide was awesome, funny and very informative. Slightly confusing as it seemed to be a group of different tours and we dropped other passengers off to do their activities. Overall a great tour.

Hi, thank you for your compliment and your feedback. I am the new owner of this business and we are veering away from the old regime where there were customers doing different tour options in the same coach, as well aiming to keep 2 or 3 seats spare in the coach unless it is a private charter. Yes, we have a wonderful part of the world here where we live and we aspire to show many more overseas guests in the near future. Presently we are on hold due to Covid-19 but we will resume our service as soon as it is safe

We purchased tickets for this tour 2 months ago. When we arrived at the designated meeting place, there were 2 guides from Arrow tours and neither had any record of our reservation. Luckily I had my tickets and confirmation email. One of the guides Kerry took us on his tour as he had room. He was a terrific guide and we loved the tour, but Shane on. Katie for dropping the ball

We apologise for not being ready for you when you first disembarked from the ship. Fortunately everything panned out well for you after this initial hiccup. Kerry is a wonderful chap with a dry wit and great knowledge and stories about the local area. I was only just 2 weeks into owning this business and this would've been the reason for our non preparedness on this day, plus we had an unusually large number of customers for our small business (50 spread over 4 vehicles) on the day you came with us. We have been in Covid-19 lockdown since March13, but hope to be up and running and showing guests our magnificent part of New Zealand as soon as it is safe for everyone, although this doesn't look likely for at least 9 months. Kia Kaha (Stay Strong) Toby

Tony was great guide that worked to make the most memorable experience. We had a small group; a family of four and my wife and I. While the family elected to attend the Maori Culture Show, Tony showed us the scenic side of the region and provided a nice history lesson. We expressed our desire to see the redwoods for an extended time to which he kindly accommodated. We would strongly recommend this excursion in favor of the ones offered by the cruise lines.
