- 347rachgLondon, United Kingdom71 contributionsYou won't want to go anywhere else!First time at both the cricket and Trent Bridge. Amazing venue with great views and a great atmosphere. Easy to navigate and entry and exit were incredibly smooth. The staff absolutely made the day with the steward in our section having as much fun as we were! Everyone that I spoke to was friendly, happy and helpful and a credit to the grounds. Will definitely be going back next year!Visited August 2023Written 19 August 2023
- Stoned7415 contributionsFantastic amenitiesWent for the one day international England v Ireland. Ire from our seats was fantastic view of the game out of this world. Service in the members lounge was efficient and prices very reasonable. Staff very knowledgeable and bonus to be able to see the history in the library and corridors surrounding the lounge Will be returning to see more games.Visited September 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 9 October 2023
- Bushhog T307 contributionsAbsolutely amazing tour, brilliant tour guideI had a tour of the cricket ground with a tour guide called Alan and another guy called Marvin. The tour was absolutely amazing. I do not really know a great deal about cricket as I haven’t seen it on the television for many, many years. I certainly left the tour with more knowledge of the game than I did when I arrived! I wanted to do the tour for the historical side of it really as I love to see old buildings and learn about the history of certain places. This tour was so interesting and Alan was so friendly and so knowledgeable, answering all sorts of questions in detail about different things from oriole in the group. We got to see lots of areas, my personal favourite was learning about the oldest pavilion, hearing about the queen and Prince Phillip visiting and a ball flying through one of the windows in the radio media room. I would have loved to have seen the library due to being a children’s author as a pure hobby and I think that would have been pretty cool to see but I was extremely happy with the entire tour. I felt relaxed and intrigued by everything that was being told us and I feel that the entire tour was just really good. I would strongly recommend this tour even if you are not a fan of the sport. I would love to say a huge thank you to Alan and Marvin, I hope that this review is noticed by the cricket club because those two really deserve thanks for the amazing tour.Visited October 2023Travelled soloWritten 7 November 2023

A wonderful day at Trent Bridge watching the women’s Ashes. This is a great iconic cricket venue and in my opinion second only to Lords. Great views everywhere and feels very friendly. Highly recommended

Shall be renewing my membership once again for the 2023 season. As a Yorkshire man I love coming here to watch my adopted county play. The locals are very friendly and the stewards are a credit to the club.

Trent Bridge is excellently located on the bus route and not far from the train station. Inside the ground the stands are a bit of an eye sore as if they have been built with no aesthetic thought - also there is no real cover when it rains!? The seats are spacious and we had a great view of the wicket.
There was a good atmosphere and the stewards were very friendly. Alcohol was on the expensive side at £5.50 plus an extra £1 for the plastic cup. There was a good variety of food - we had some delicious rossi.

It is a while since I visited Trent Bridge and I intend coming on Monday 26th Sept. Are there differing prices for different areas of the ground or is the pricing standard fir everywhere?

Hi, I've not been to a county match for sometime; but I believe they still have a general admission price to cover all areas, except the members area and hospitality,. I believe it is £20 for adults and less for concessions and youngsters; which when you think of it in terms of a days entertainment is pretty damn good in my books.
I have been to recent internationals and the resources and services available are amazing, great choice and good value food and drinks.
As a Derbyshire fan I better not go on about how good it is too much ; )

I am visiting for the ICC World Cup at the end of May and wondered if you were allowed to bring beers into the ground or is it restricted like the football? Sorry for the ignorant question!

No, you are not allowed to bring alcohol in of any kind. You can buy beer etc inside the ground though.
