Good spot to go for a wander. Stop at the car park near Thursaston and do a circular route along the pathway to the beach and then sleep no the beach to the Boating Club and back

Beautiful beach , great views and great for walkers , or horses , not quiet at weekends but not to over crowded , could only find steps down so not the best for disabled, would visit again , recommend.

An amazing place to visit. The views of the North Wales coastline across the Dee are truly spectacular. The route down to the beach is a little rocky, definitely not good for wheelchairs, buggies etc, but once you are down there it is breathtaking. I...More

Thurstaston Beach is great for walks. There are some fantastic views across to North Wales. Lots of bench’s and picnic tables near The Visitor Centre on the cliffs. There is a cafe near the beach which has outside seating.

When the tide is out this is a perfect beach for walking the dog. You do need to keep an eye on the tide as it comes in very quickly. Mostly sand as far as the eye can see.

Not an amazing beach but it is clean and unspoilt. Best for walking at low tide and there are superb views across the Dee into North Wales. Visitor Centre has parking and handy toilets and there are steps down to access the beach.

I haven't but you could. However, up in the park area by the car parking there are purpose built brick bbq 's and seating areas around for families/ groups . Perfect area for a team bbq.
