If you like industrial style heritage museums it’s great. They normally have something special on open days, eg a talk about owls, I think they had 6 of them on perches. (Live ones). Lots of old bricks, chimneys, etc (clay). Sometimes the steam engines are...More

Lovely afternoon out when the rain stopped, nice ride on the little train, very interesting place I think we’ll be back for another event, the WW1 display was very interesting and the pipe and drums band were very good

Thanks for the lovely review. We do have problems with postcodes as we have two entrances...the back gate which ends in 7GW and the main gates which end in 7HB. Haven't managed to fully resolve this but are still trying. We are glad you enjoyed...More

One of the local hidden gems. Worthy of a visit to show your support to preserving some of the areas industrial heritage. Fascinating information on the development of the local brickworks, and probably down to many hours of volunteers time.
