Visited in a family with ages 11-75 and everyone had a great experience. We walked along the river and crossed the Bells bridge (a must do). It had just rained over the week and the river was in full flow with a few kayakers braving...More

After a large amount of rain, the rapids were really something wonderful to see. A tourist spot so close to Perth. Great walking tracks around the area allowed for fabulous photos to be taken. Worth a trip to see.

Great scenery and fairly good trails. Trail signage could be much improved as it is fairly limited. Good for dog walking.

This location is best visited in the autum months when there is a bit of rain and the weather is still warm. The water levels are high and the overall beauty of the place is increased. Picnic areas are large and bringing your own table...More

Try checking with Parks and Wildlife Service whether it is safe for you to build your own. I did not see any bbq pits there.
