There is no information provided the visitor about this Temple, so please don’t have any expectations of learning anything about it from a visit. That said, it is about as “must-see” in Betong as anything (and to be frank, there are no must-sees in Betong)....More

A must place to go while in Betong. It is a Buddhist Wat, a good place to visit, take photo and etc.

If you are a visitor to Betong, your trip is NOT complete without a visit to this temple. The temple was built to commemorate the queen's birthday. There is no entrance fee. At the front entrance, lies the big bronze buddha which measures 39m wide...More

It's not just one of the many Buddha statues in Thailand. It's a great place to find some peace in the later afternoon to just before sunset when the gate closes. I've been once locked in and had to climb over the fence out. So...More

This is one of the landmark in the predominantly Buddhist Thailand. A tranquil place with a little park connected. Quite a photogenic area but offer nothing much for visitors unless you are here to pray or meditate.
