An icon on Northland’s horizon, the Poor Knights Islands are both a complete Marine Reserve, and a Nature Reserve. The Perfect Day’s half-day cruise takes you snorkeling, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding in sub-tropical waters, sightseeing into the World's largest sea-cave and through spectacular arches. With a dramatic volcanic backdrop and turbulent Maori history, teaming schools of fish and bird life, this is a day you will remember for the rest of your life.

Not the best day for a visit, overcast & 12 knot southerly. Our skipper spent some time finding the best swimming spot for the weather conditions. Visibility was good but the depths were dark, abundance of small fish with the odd larger snapper & kingfish....More

Perfect trip. Everyone went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I snorkeled, kayaked, paddle boarded and swam. Lunch was great. Unlimited tea, coffee, hot chocolate and soup. We came across a sun fish which was beautiful to watch. Loved every minute.
