Not as well know as it’s more famous neighborough, this small island is a mini Venice island, with lots of canals, bridges and pretty houses all brightly painted. This island is known for its lace. Lots of shops sell intricate lace craft work.
We went here as a stop to Murano and actually liked it more than Murano. the small island is easy to walk over, colorful and not too many tourist (at first before all the ferries arrive during the day) .
