West is a lovely sandy beach
Railay West has a beautiful, large sandy beach (East is just mangroves). The area itself has fantastic scenery, caves, hikes, jungle, beaches, kayaks, boat trips and no shortage of things to do. The only downside is Railay is more expensive than most of Thailand.

What a stunning beach! We didn't even mind the ongoing long-tail boat noise- just be prepared for it and it blends in with atmosphere. If you stay in a hotel on the beach you will have at least until 10am every morning before they arrive on mass, so at least time for a peaceful…

This is a cool sea beach and it has some fantastic view. The people are kind, friendly and helpful, food is great, and with good vibe. you can reach here with a Longtail boat ride.
