Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The open-air museum Keltenstadt Pyrene (“Freilichtmuseum Heuneburg - Keltenstadt Pyrene”) is 2 kilometres north of the village of Hundersingen near Herbertingen.
It is located on a hill, overlooking the Danube River.
There are many archaeological finds on display that were excavated in this region. You can visit a replica of a Celtic manor as well as the reconstruction of houses where people lived 3000 years ago and one segment of the rebuild city fortifications.
The open-air museum “Freilichtmuseum Heuneburg - Keltenstadt Pyrene” is connected with the Celtic Museum Heuneberg (Keltenmuseum) – which has also been reviewed on Tripadvisor – via an 8 kilometre long hiking trail. The circular walk is called “Archäologischer Rundwanderweg Heuneburg”.
But you don’t need to walk all the way. There is a large parking lot if you go with your own vehicle.
I recommend going to both, the open-air museum “Freilichtmuseum Heuneburg - Keltenstadt Pyrene” and the Celtic Museum Heuneberg (Keltenmuseum). They are both worth a visit anyway and only 2 kilometres apart from each other, plus there are some obvious advantages:
Firstly you get a discount if you buy tickets for both at the same time. Secondly, the information given makes much more sense, after seeing the digging site. And thirdly, the open-air museum offers an inexpensive snack bar where you can relax with coffee and cake after taking in lots of information.
Unfortunately the information boards provided are in German only, but both places are worth a visit nevertheless since they are beautiful sights itself.
