Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Ther Stadium is all renovated and looked great. Problem is in getting there. No clear directions for anything - if you are from out of town, you will be lost. No directions to parking, box office location or individual gates posted anywhere. It's a huge place, so not have good directions posted is a problem, especially if you are from out of town.

Kolkata is football. This sounds strange for people from other countries I am sure. But I am sure the views change if you happen to witness a match between Mohan Bagan and East Bengal at this lovely stadium.
If you come with an open mind without comparing it with the best of stadiums in the world just to feel the atmosphere, I am sure you will be agreeing with my ratings.

Eden Gardens is always by favourite, and may be that's why I'm being little critical or judgmental. Yuba Bharati Krirangan, popularly known as Salt Lake Stadium, needs to be improved in terms of infrastructure, and maintained in terms of cleanliness. Hosting all kinds of political programs there by the past as well as the current regime of local government therein has added woes to its cause, in my opinion. It can be a totally different place with proper planning and care by everybody involved.

one of the largest sports stadium in India, but requires face lift in terms of cleanliness. with a capacity close to 0.1 million, this stadium creates a superb atmosphere during the popular matches.

The Salt Lake stadium is no doubt the largest stadium in India. The main ground is mainly used for football games but the exterior or the area outside but within the complex is used for industrial, trade and other recognized fairs. The capacity of the stadium is huge and it will be a great experience if you can manage a ticket in the stands to watch the most rivals, Est Bengal and Mohan Bagan club.

Also, known as Yuva-Bharati Krirangan, this place appealed to me a lot, due to the lush-green grass, the well-maintained seating arrangement in the gallery and the vibrance during the football match.

The Salt lake stadium is a small stadium maintained by the local kids which is a must visit if you are a cricket fan.

Can this stadium be visited without match-day? if yes then what is the timing and how can the process be done? is there any stadium tour ticketing and if yes what is the price of it? please let me know every details. thanks in advance.

SIR That's a good query. To the best of my knowledge there is no ticket for non match days. In fact there are two very good eating joints/ hotels inside the stadium you can just walk /drive through Gate no 3 and dine in Stadel restaurant and another eating joint which serves South Indian menus also. Enjoy a trip around the stadium and dine with your family. Happy visiting
