Asif was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have used many different tours throughout Europe and US it was the first time in Canada and his tour was worth every dollar. His kindness was welcomed from our party of 4 and we enjoyed all the sites from chocolate, maple syrup to the 2 wineries. We enjoyed his company and had him stay with us in the last wine tasting. An incredible person. Would recommend him above all other tours

What a wonderful experience! Asif was so knowledgeable and willing to accommodate our requests. One in our party was mobility impaired and he made it possible for her to see the falls from the top and then accompanied us on the boat trip to the falls. I could never have handled this without his help. And always pleasant, thoughtful, arranged for tickets etc. You will be very pleased with this service. Highly recommend!

Asif was a great host for our trip into Toronto and back to Niagara Falls. He was very courteous, attentive and friendly. He came back to pick us up earlier than originally planned, because we finished up early and was right there when we contacted him. Can’t say enough good things about him. I highly recommend his services for whatever need you may have.

Reading the other reviews I thought this would be a great trip, however I was wrong. Per the itinerary we expected a 4 hour tour including pick up and drop off and being given background on the falls. Instead we had a 3 hour tour, we were taken to horseshoe falls, table rock and Clifton hills to see an upside down house. We were not provided with any detail of history of the falls whatsoever. When our guide was not using my phone to take pictures (which I found quite annoying) he was on his own phone texting and speaking. Which I guess meant he had no time to provide and details to us! Dinner at the Skylon tower was very disappointing. You get a set menu with no choice for desert so if you don’t like strawberry cheesecake you are stuffed! Which I don’t! The service was the worst I have experienced it take a hour to rotate and that’ll u have to eat your dinner- service was very rushed and they weren’t even that busy! The waiting staff made no attempt to interact with us bug were taking with others. We had to get up and get one if them to ask to order drinks they then brought the bill over before we had finished and expected payment straight away and stood over me whilst I paid and told me I had to add a tip!! They cleared our plates whilst we were still eating. The bread they served was stail. Exactly an hour after we had sat down our guide came over and sat waiting for us- we hadn’t even finished eating or drinking! The whole experience felt very rushed and unpleasant. We did not get the experience as described in the itinerary- I booked through Viator for this tour and have complained to them but they have not been very helpful. I would recommend not taking this tour, especially if you are staying at a falls view hotel, as you can walk to the sites we were shown, it is an over priced tour in my opinion that is not value for money. We did not get the full experience per the itinerary and I have requested a full refund for breach of advertising however Viator are refusing to take responsibility and say they are unable get and response from the tour operators! So all in all this tour was terrible and I would avoid at all cost unless you want to waste your money!

I’m sorry to hear that you had a rough experience. I wish that you would have told me on the tour day so that I could have spoken to the duty manager about this. Also, I didn’t feel that you were unhappy, I will still speak to the Skylon Tower Management Team and addressing your concerns to ensure that this would never happen again.
Regarding your concern about the 3 hours tour, the duration of the tour during off season could be a little shorter due to less traffic but not an hour. I believe you are mistaken.

We live in the Niagara Region and have done some tours in the past and Asif’s private tours standouts amongst them all! He is courteous, professional & fun and his vehicle was extremely clean. He follows all the necessary COVID protocols and this gives you a very safe comfort level. Our group of 6 adults were treated to an outstanding experience exploring some wineries we haven’t had the pleasure of enjoying before. Asif definitely caters to your needs and he has a special relationship with each winery and they in turn make you feel special. Thank you Asif!

Spontaneous vehicle, arrived on time.
With booking this tour, we got many benefits. We didn’t have to worry about buying our tickets for the attractions and wait in the long lines, and the parking etc. The tour was planned so perfectly. We did not miss any of our planned attractions, our tickets were pre-booked by Fallsview Limo, and we didn’t even have to wait in any lines!
The food at the Table Rock House Restaurant was delicious, and the view of the falls from inside the restaurant was just amazing, as well as the trip to the Skylon Tower. Well worth it for this price!

Asif the owner and driver was very polite, on time and an excellent driver. He waited for us to complete the tour and wine tasting his rates were by far the most reasonable I would book him again and recommend him highly

I was headed to Niagra Falls for the marathon in Oct.2019 traveling alone. My daughter found Fallsview limo and recommended to my travel agent to hire them to take me from the airport to Niagra falls. Traveling alone for the first time I was nervous. But all my concerns were lifted once I met Asif and his family. They met me at the baggage claim with warm welcoming smiles and assisted me with my baggage. Asif brought his wife and daughter along to make sure I felt comfortable and safe during the ride being I was alone. The conversation was lovely and they were happy to answer any questions I had. They offered me bottled water and periodically asked if the temperature in the vehicle was ok for me. The vehicle was roomy, spotless and refreshing. Asif went over and above in his service. He remained at the hotel I was staying to make sure everything was good checking in and then he drove me to show me the route to take to get to the conference centre for the running expo and he also drove me to show me the route to take to catch the bus for the run. I was walking everywhere in Niagra falls so he showed me the streets to take to each place. Very generous as he also gave me his card and said to call him If I needed anything. Since I was traveling alone it was reassuring to know there was someone I could call if I needed to.
Asif is extremely polite, accommodating, professional,kind and honest. All my concerns about traveling alone we put to rest as the experience with Asif and his family to Niagra Falls started my trip off on a positive relaxing note that carried forward to the rest of my trip. I had a fantastic time and was reassured that my ride back to the airport with Asif would be just as relaxing . I will definitely call Asif the next time I am in Niagra Falls and use his services not only for the airport transfer but for his many other tours. He is very accommodating and willing to do what he can to make your experience enjoyable.

This tour was amazing! Asif was a great tour guide! Asif took us to all the great spots for amazing pictures. The dinner at Skylon Tower was great and we enjoyed the fireworks!
