This is an excellent service that runs on time with friendly drivers and comfy modern buses. It’s definitely good value for money and takes the stress out of driving or trying to get to the destination/airport on time. They now have live tracking so you can see where your bus is and how far away.

Not wanting to deal with renting a car at the Calgary airport we chose to take the Banff Airporter to and from Banff (where we rented a car). The Banff Airporter booth in the Calgary airport was easy to find, the bus was punctual from the Calgary airport and they dropped us off at our hotel door in Banff. On the return trip they picked us up at our Calgary hotel (a different hotel than our original drop off- just arrange this in the comments and confirm at the beginning of the trip) exactly on time! Before each segment of our trip they sent me reminder emails confirming my scheduled rides and pickup locations. The drivers were professional, the buses were clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this company!

My son and I was travelling to Canada for a ski holiday and we booked this transport online, to take us from and to the Airport. Our flight landed early and they were able to fit us in last minute on an earlier departure, so we were happy. On the way back, we were sent email communication and a tracker to update us about the route, vehicle whereabouts and time of collection. All this information was very useful. The service is great, vehicles were comfortable and we would not hesitate to use Airporter again. Thank you for looking after us!

Booked and paid online for a 1:30 PM shuttle from Calgary airport to Banff (Center for Arts) to attend a conference. The company honoured the reduced conference rate automatically.
On the day of the trip, happened to exit airport formalities more than 1 hour before scheduled bus trip time, so (together with some other conference attendees) asked them to move to an earlier bus. They made the effort and did indeed let us take an earlier (12:30) bus, with no special trouble.
The trip itself was professionally handled. We wer dropped us off with no hitch exactly at our destination and on time, and of course the views were outstanding.

Reliable and reasonable transport to and from Calgary Airport into and out of Banff. It's so easy getting around Banff with the variety of town and lodging shuttle services once in Banff. Save some money and the planet (minimize auto congestion in town) by using Banff Airporter for your ride to or from the airport. We used another shuttle service to get us from our Calgary Hotel to Banff to meet up with our travel group. Wished I had scheduled both to and from trips with Banff Airporter - price is less; Kevin, our driver that day was personable, professional and timely; and, we arrived at the airport in 1-1/2 hours since traffic was light [other shuttle service travel times were projecting 2 hours 45 minutes]. The frosting on the cake - Banff Airporter offers 65+ discount.

Picked up on time by Jay in a very comfortable coach then on to a further 3 pick ups before setting off to Calgary Airport. The views on the way were stunning as we said goodbye to the Rockies. The journey took approximately 2 hours 1o mins from my pick up with stops to both the domestic and international departures.
All in all a fantastic service and I would definitely use again and wholeheartedly recommend this company.

It has been a few years since I last used the Banff Airporter and it was a business trip, return, from the Banff Fairmont to Calgary Airport. This time, it was a pleasure trip with my wife, and after the great experience the first time, I did this trip with round trip use of the Airporter again. We were not disappointed. Prompt on both legs, courtesy from drivers, both Javier and Ben, who kept us informed as to total number of stops, time of arrival (at Rimroock Resort and back to YYC) and anything that came up during transport. Easy to locate in the airport, with clean, comfortable vehicles. Strongly recommend it for any party who doesn't want to deal with parking challenges, car rental pickup and returns, tourist traffic, etc.

We are a family of 10 travelling into Banff from Calgary Airport. They ended up giving us a personal van transfer, probably due to the large volume of passengers requiring their services at that specific time schedule. Very happy with this as we were able to leave earlier from the airport too. Van was spacious, modern and clean. We took the regular shuttle bus on the return trip, but equally clean and comfortable, although space was slightly smaller than the private van which is understandable. But still very comfortable for the 2 hour trip. A slight confusion happened with the baby seats but nevertheless was a minor issue for us since our kid is already 5 and can fit in the booster seats provided instead.
But most importantly, impressed with the Banff Airporter service. Had to change the date for one of our family members to another date at the very last minute, and I just emailed them for the instructions so as not to change or cancel the rest of the passengers, and they replied promptly and clearly. Really appreciate this especially when you're busy on the road and have to deal with changes. This made the whole experience stress free.
Addiitonally, they're new system, the live tracking is super helpful. When the bus was delayed to pick us up in the hotel, we didn't have to worry as we can see where the bus was. We could also stay indoors away from the cold while we wait. It was pretty accurate, save maybe for a few minutes. When they were more than 15 min late, another staff from the Airporter arrived physically at our hotel to make sure we were informed of the delay, this made us feel confident that our shuttle will be around shortly. The communication was excellent and to me, an important part of making this whole experience seamless and stress-free.
I'd take this service again if ever I get to visit again. It's definitely worth the higher price we pay for such as service and we didn't have to contend with driving in winter conditions. Helpful esp if you have kids and seniors in the group.

We booked the Banff Airporter for transport from Banff to the Calgary airport. Steve was our driver, he arrived early and quickly greeted us and loaded our luggage. We had an hour and a half ride during which Steve was attentive to the road but still chatting with passengers. This is a great value for the money. We would definitely book the Banff airporter again!

The tour agency in Japan introduced us because we can trust them and made Reservations. They picked us up correctly on time, and we arrived at Calgary airport ahead of schedule! The bus was also comfortable, with black leather coverings that allowed the seat to be rolled back.

How much time should you allow upon arrival into Calgary before booking the shuttle to Banff? To retrieve luggage, etc.
Flight arrives 134pm. Can I book 230pm or is 330pm a safer choice?

Go for the later shuttle. The Airporter desk is in the old domestic terminal, about an easy 10 minute walk from the new international one, so you need to factor that in too. If you get there in time for the earlier bus, they will put you aboard as long as they have space. On checking in luggage at the desk for the later departure, you can go off and get a coffee etc, as long as you are back 10 mins before departure.

Out of Banff, you need to have a reservation. From Calgary, you can walk up, but it's best to pre-book to make sure you have a seat. Let me know if I can help you with anything else.

For Banff Aspen Lodge, the parking was free. If you are worried about a permit to park at the hotel you are staying at, I would check with the hotel to see if it is required.
