yes, this place does have a great range of craft beers though after 21.00 (and all day Mondays, I think) they serve $5 pints so it gets pretty loud especially with all other offers on cocktails. On a Friday, they start queueing outside the door from around 20.30.
So, best to go earlier if you want a quiet-er drink :)

Organized a party for our work place. I was able to get everything arranged with the high rollers team just a few days before. They were awesome. They have prices for larger parties including food and appies and drink plus the appropriate number of lanes for the amount of people.

Popular with locals who mainly prefer volume drinking judging by the size of many "glasses". Still, friendly atmosphere on 3 nights that we went in. Very friendly bar staff and some good quality beers.

This place is racist and they won’t be afraid to deny entry if you’re not white. I used to love Banff but now I’m absolutely disgusted by how “Banff locals” treat you just cause you don’t match their skin colour. Disrespectful jokers.

... are unusual bedfellows but here they do seem to go together. A pity - like most other places in Banff - they only serve in pint measures but the beer was very good. Music was way too loud - even for a Saturday night.

We came here for drinks when we were waiting for our table at a restaurant next door. Our server was so kind and friendly. I had the electric lemonade and it was delicious. Some of the girls had fish tanks and fish bowls and those looked great too!

First had dinner in the dinning area which is very casual and family friendly. Extensive pizza menu and over 58 beers on tap. Split a medium pizza between two people comfortably. We were able to select two types for the one pizza, which was nice. Margherita with kale pesto was delicious and the canadian pizza was an interesting take on a meat lovers.
Bowling was also very fun after. Great experience for couples, friends and families alike.

Every time I come here, they only appreciate the locals they deem worthy. I have tried to support new local business several times now, but they treat me like second class. P
One time I put my name on the waiting list for a bowling lane, they said 1 hour. I understood. 1 hour later I asked how long, and they told me 1.5 hours still... I asked how does a waiting list go longer in time? They said sometimes people book longer for their lanes. 2 hours and 45 mins later when I finally got my lane I asked if I could get 2 hours instead of 1, and they said "sorry we only give 1 hour at a time" . This place is a beautiful idea. I am sure they will remain busy enough to forget about the little guy who lives in Banff. The ones who still think it's cool whilst getting jilted by the bigger guy for the sake of being "cool"

I live and work in town in hospitality and I really love this venue for the fantastic atmosphere, great bowling and good variety of food and beverage.
However, I keep being disappointed by the quality of the "service" from the staff. Unfriendly, inattentive and unprofessional staff who care more about making their tip out than interacting with their guests. They appear bored and pushy and more interested in socializing with their friends and/or other staff than serving guests.
I will most likely keep coming here to bowl, but I probably won't order any food or beverage because I'm tired of disappointing service.

This was a great way to get together with friends after skiing to catch up on the day's experiences and trade resort tips. Interesting 'Canadian' pizza toppings!
