Marina Area
Jun 2021
Marina area was clean. Dock area was gated off, needed security card to access, boats and charters only. A few street hustlers but everyone was very nice. We had a charter fishing trip on two separate days which is why we were in the area. Taxi pick up and drop off point easy access.

Glass bottom boat ride!
May 2021 • Friends
We took our friends on a 45 minute glass bottom boat ride with Gerardo! He was awesome and has been doing this for 20 years! We all wore life jackets band felt safe during the ride. We were able to board his boat from the dock at the marina, so no trying to jump in or out of a boat or water taxi from the shore! He stopped for us to get drinks before leaving the marina! He also stopped for us to take beautiful pictures of the Arch, the Pelican Rock and the Sea lions! The tropical fish are just gorgeous and I’ve never seen such beautiful views of the Pacific meeting the Sea of Cortez! Our friends were delighted!!! Will definitely use Gerardo for our next boat ride!!!

Ugly honky tonk
Apr 2021 • Friends
There is nothing charming or attractive here. It’s like a cruise ship exploded on land. It’s not quant it’s not interesting it’s not unique. A bunch of boats surrounded by what looks like a strip mall. And no matter where you walk you’ll be hassled by vendors and tour operators trying to get you to buy buy buy. Best thing about it is when you say bye bye bye. We only came here because two boat trips we did leave from it.

What you’d expect here.
Apr 2021 • Solo
It’s a marina, nice boats to look at, but it’s the center of activity in Cabo. There’s a shopping mall here that’s okay, a place to park btw, and cheaply, and it’s sort of fun walking thru the area. You will get hit by a million sellers of everything, but you can easily ignore or not respond. If you engage them, your stuck with them. The restaurant choices lol aren’t junky. There are some very decent places to eat along the shore, and fairly priced. Rowdy at night.

Everybody visits at least once
Apr 2021
Lot of shops and restaurants,Baja Cantina is our favorite. Lots of boats for hire so make sure you haggle for the best price. There is a mall beside the marina for indoor shopping. I would say it's the place to be during the day as it also the way in to the beach and all the beach clubs and restaurants.

Have a morning coffee or an afternoon happy hour drink here...
Mar 2021
This Marina is beautiful and a great area to people watch and look at all the fine boats in the marina slips. It's fun in the afternoon to watch the fishing boats returning and some of the seals following the boats begging for a treat.

Tourist trap
Apr 2021 • Family
While I love Cabo and the local people are the nicest anywhere, you really should know that the marina here is a tourist trap. It is a pretty marina with many boats and some very nice ones too, but you’ll be harassed by street vendors non-stop. It’s as bad as the public beach areas. Yes I know people need to make a living, but it’s not an enjoyable experience to be approached and offered the exact same items many, many times over.

Rip-off during a booking
Mar 2021 • Couples
We got ripped by a salesman that everybody knows and nobody does nothing called “Capitan Junior” or “Dienton”, he sold us a tour for Cabo Blue sunset and when we arrived the booking didn’t existed and he was nowhere to be found.

Every salesman know him and they do nothing about it.

Be careful about it.
