Right on the Mayan Palace grounds! Nice, small water park. There were several (OMG) slides, a kids area, a lazy river (we did it twice) and a restaurant. Lots of lifeguards about. As we visited right as the Covid pandemic was reaching Mexico, there were no crowds and no waiting. No problem getting a shaded lounge chair. Definately would encourage families with children to go!

DO NOT GO HERE! We bought tickets for this park only to find out there is 3 (three!) adult water slides open on this day. How anywhere can justify a $70 price for such a small offering is appalling. We then attempted to eat lunch only to be surrounded by mosquitoes. Overall a disappointing experience

This is such a fantastic water park! There were no lines, everything was incredibly clean, the service was impeccable. My kids 20,18,16,16 had so much fun on the thrill rides and in the wave pool. We all enjoyed the beautiful lazy river. We will definitely be back!

Wow! Jungala was an excellent experience! Great service from the staff- they work hard to make sure that you have a wonderful visit. The park was NOT full which was amazing. Never waited in a line, tons of chairs and spaces available and WOW. The lazy River was a highlight! Everything was impeccably clean, including the bathrooms, which I know is no small fear at a water park. We had a discounted price since we were staying at the Vidanta but I still think it’s worth it. Skip Xel-ha and head to Jungala!

Spent most of the day at the Jungala water park at Vidanta Riviera Maya. Not much changed since we visited three years ago. Well maintained, friendly staff, fun water slides and rides for kids of all ages, special area for younger kids, wave pool and lazy river for older folks, who pay half price over 70. Snack bar food very tasty (and pricy), service on the slow slide.

great pool day in family! amazing service; nice pools and fantastic food. great price Quality, amazing hamburgers and delicious cocktaisl ( the coconut drink was awesome).
pros: quality, vio service, bew park, attention and srrvice
cons: not for 2-3 years kid.. more attractions for 5 years kid and older. No pools for families
I reccomend a lot for vacations a nice poan if you like to change of hotel resort ambience and like to hace nice installations of beach club

We wanted to visit water park during our playa del carmen vacation so we rent a car and decided to visit new Jungala water park. It was almost impossible to find the park. We had to do 3 u-turns and we almost gave up but luckily we kept searching. Finally we were instructed to follow Cirque de soleil signs. Park was almost empty so there was no queues anywhere. I tried the craziest water slide I have ever tried. Awesome. Food was very tasty and staff was very kind and helpful. Toilets and dressing rooms were best we saw in our whole trip in Mexico. Big recommendation.

We rented a cabana which was nice since we got food, water, cleaning of our sunglasses, and cool mist spray as part of the package. Also, a safe is provided which is great to store ones phone and other valuables. The lazy river is fun, so is the wave pool. There are several water slides, some of them rather scary for me, but most people I watched had fun over and over.

This was such a nice find. Bought our tickets online off their website and once we got there it was a smooth checkin. Seven of us went. Water slides were really fun. Same with the lazy river. And swim up bar. Food was excellent. Super friendly staff. Made the day enjoyable. Beautifully landscaped and lots of chairs and beds to pick from. Totally recommend this place. Definitely going back. The only problem is there is no signage on the 307 for it. Thanks Jungala for such a fun day.

During my stay at Grand Mayan I was told about this new Aquapark that was recently opened.
After several days I decided to visit it and found a very pleasant surprise.
The park even is not the biggest, is enought to spend all day with the very best of the attractions: huge wave pool, all sizes water slides, lazy River, restaurants, pool bars and for us the very best was the kids area, which has a lot slides where you can spend the best of your day with the entre family.
The services is very good, the Vidnata standard according to a 4 /5 diamond, and thats the difference with all the parks and attractions of Cancun and Riviera: you get
an excellent customer experience since the moment you get to the Loby. There is a concierge (specially I thank to Mauricio and all concierge crew for making our stay as a Vip guest even we were walk in clients).
You can see the difference as a luxury park in all the areas from the lockers, baths and dressing room to the small details like chill out music all over the park and the microfiber towels (loved them)
We are definetly going back to Vidanta next year, and spend several days at the park, now that will become a must at the Riviera.
TIPS
- If you are staying at Vidanta, ask your concierge or the Joy Squad team for the packages and promotions
- There are several VIP cabanas you may rent for the entire day and you get an upgraded service with personal concierge, champagne, snacks, safety box, a near by bath, among other perks.
- Try the burguers and the sweet potatoes fries.. They are awsome

Hello Nicky. Yes, like explorer133790 mentioned the entrance is through Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ parking. There our Jungala shuttle will be waiting for you to take you to Jungala and will bring you back whenever you decide to go back.

Hello Macey, please contact to see if they provide transportation to Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ, since the entrance is through Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ parking, there our Jungala Transfer will pick you up to take you to the park.
