The cave is very cool! They break you up into small groups so it's not crowded, most of the time you can stand or float, so not bad as far as claustrophobia goes! We had "Willy" for a tour guide and he was very funny...More

This was an overall great experience. The Rio Secreto preserve was beautiful, and the culture around its Mayan history was fascinating. Our tour guide Roberto was funny and very informative, and made the entire experience memorable. Overall I’d give it a 9.5/10!

Mexico is not expensive, we stay at the Moon Palace resorts in October and sometimes in August off season so better deals. All excursions are reasonable and affordable, plus the dollar goes a long way there
