If you consider doing only one day in Mexico City, spend it here, there is no place like this museum. This museum is the louve of mesoamerican cultures.

It is easy to forget that you're in a concrete jungle here. A very peaceful and relaxing place considering so many people live in the city. Definitely worth a visit in my opinion.

Nice museum with a comprehensive permanent exhibition showing the evolution of the american population. A short visit can take about 2 hours.

One of the best museums I've ever visited. The collection is diverse; the building is beautiful. I wish more signs were in English, though.

Very little in English- we hired an English speaking guide which was helpful. Impossible to see the entire Museum- we spent too much time in the first room( the introduction) don't miss this Museum- worth the guide
