An interesting one this . A truly horrific episode in Guanajuatos history. I wondered if the exhibits were deliberately corny and comedic to prevent visitors from being deeply disturbed. I definitely would not enter this casa on my own and was grateful that there were...More

An interesting and rather odd thing about this town is that it likes horror, having a torture musuem, a mummy museum, and a haunted house, the Casa of Tia Aura, through which we were whizzed in a whirlwind tour by a bored student guide. Since...More

The place is nice and the experience is neat should have just a little more Light in the underground corridors and hallways, but its quite a trip to walk the maze looking at the leyend's recreations, which in my opinion should elaborate a little more,...More

I have read the bad reviews about this so called haunted house. But I thought the guide, the sound effects, and the bad lighting made for an excellent tour! Everything is in Spanish, but we are in MExico folks! I got to this Presa de...More

Great for younger kids, teenagers, and families. But unfortunately we have seen this type of tourist attraction elsewhere. Don't take this as a negative review because it is informative and entertaining. Not being totally fluent in Spanish did not help (others who totally understand Spanish...More

this attraction is not worth your time nor money. don't let tour guide take you here. it is a very cheesy haunted house type attraction that does not have anything to do with the local culture.

You like scary haunted houses, and it's definitely not a place for small children. We walked in pitch dark. I was afraid I would trip (63 year old but active). And it smelled. 😟

Had lunch down the street and was walking by. It was one of the best haunted houses I've ever been in due to the creativity. Highly suggest it. It's about 15-20minutes. Very cute. Very dark. I was scared.

Maybe we had a bad guide but I was confused about many of the rooms down stairs. Very dark rooms no windows. Neat effects to scare people. Didn't feel authentic. Would avoid.
