When in the area I definitely suggest to go here. Organised by local volunteers this is a gem to be visited. A big collection of Buckie history, especially on fishing.

Very well worth a visit even if boats and sailing aren’t your thing. Read about the amazing role played by fishermen’s wives and see the history of the extensive railway network that used to exist.
