This castle has an amazing history also very old burial ground. Amazing views of the town and beach. Good playpark for kids.

nice for a ten minute stroll, unfortunately fenced off nowadays for safety reasons so no access to the public. good views of ardrossan and saltcoats

Nothing much to look at. Mostly dog walker's & Junkies. Good view from top of the hill. Play park at the top.

We passed by here many a time when in the area, we know it's old but why would you recommend this place to anyone completely baffles me.the surroundings are nice and relaxing,though. with lovely views.

when i was a child we could get right up and touch the castle walls, and although a cellar was found and bordered, i dont understand why the castle now is behind a big fence.. so sad...
