This is a lovely beach but unfortunately I picked a very busy day /time to visit. I think it would have been worth waiting until later in the day when hopefully a lot of people would be heading home.

Like walking? Then this is a fantastic coastal walk. Head down to St Vedas, Coldingham and park up then walk down to beach and follow route. Great weather made the day. Can walk all the way to Eyemouth. Great day out!

Pretty family beach, with something for everyone - surf, cafe, brightly coloured beach huts, lifeguard and easy access to St Abbs with stunning views along the way. Let’s hope it remains unspoilt. Highly recommend the nearby surf shop for reasonable hires and advice.
