The best time to visit the beach at the park is at low tide and no wind .The low tide has the sand bar and the least amount of waves .

Great beach, open to all. As part of a bigger tour, the area was very interesting and provided insight to how the area was built and how it comes to where it is today. Relaxing, but take everything you need for your visit with you.

You can select two different paths to complete a very enjoyable "walking loop" along lagoons and mangrove, with possibility to have a swim on the wonderfull Golden Rock Beach!
