Very nice quiet beach. This area is pretty deserted these days after the storms. Xanadu Hotel is closed down. The beach is very nice but no longer maintained.

Located near the now defunct Xanadu Resort, it is a public beach with crystal clear waters and a calm tide. We spent a day here with plenty of cold refreshments, snacks, and sunscreen. Shade is not abundant, so beware. There is some lite litter strewn...More

I stayed here a while back, and the property was incredible. I hope it opens up again. The rooms were clean and convenient, and the beach was beautiful!

This is a lovely beach and spot on Grand Bahama, but is totally deserted now. Someone needs to come down and revive this magical spot! Definitely worth a visit!

This beach has a great parking lot. Apparently Howard Hughes holed up at a hotel along this beach. It is a relatively good beach, but nothing real special other than accessibility.

We found this beach several years ago & was very excited to go back. Unfortunately it was not as remembered. Too much trash, flies & seaweed. It is not being maintained. Not a lot of people there, I'm sure condition is reason.
