Many people come here to swim at Gold Rock Beach, which is part of this park but don't miss a short visit to the rest of the park located across the street from the beach. There are caves and cenotes and many interesting plants in...More

We booked a combination trip that included kayaking through the mangroves, visit to Bens cave, and time at Gold Rock Beach. This is a great Bahamas sampler. We've been to a lot of beaches in the Carribean and Gold Rock was simply one of the...More

I was unable to enjoy this beach for a full day because of the weather. You may be able to tell from the pictures but a storm was rolling in and it was thundering and lightning in the distance. So a quick trip out to...More

We did a day tour that included kayaking, mini hike, cave and beach tour. The cave was one of the coolest things. Loved the kayaking. The beach is probably one of the most beautiful I have seen with crystal clear water. Would definitely recommend seeing...More

Sadly no :( To do the walk around the caves loop is quite rugged and there are winding stairs to the caves themselves. To access the beach would also be tricky as it's a sandy pathway.
