Another amazing beach on St John. Everything about it is perfect - the aqua water, white sand, quiet winds in the palm trees. Lovely. Don't miss it!

This is just another beautiful white sand beach on the north shore of the island. Snorkeling is excellent here with the reef that comes almost to shore. Lots to sea life to view.

Out of the various beaches we visited on our day trip to St. John, Hawksnest was our favorite! The sand and water were pristine. Recommend bringing snorkeling equipment to explore the nearby reefs and water. The area provides recently renovated picnic tables and shaded areas...More

The closer to Cruz, the more people, the easier access (ie, taxi) but still worth the visit. I did not snorkel here, so no comment on that aspect, but a wonderful beach to sit back and drink in the sun

Yes, we went for Thanksgiving. It was an absolutely beautiful beach with a lot of shaded areas. You are sure to enjoy this area if you visit!
