It will cost a bit to get here from Old San Juan (far more than the admission price, unless you can figure out the bus route), but this is a well curated museum with super friendly staff. Several centuries of Puerto Rican art are covered...More

I was interested to see what art they would have here. There were a couple of interesting temporary exhibits, but the permanent collection wasn't very extensive, though we didn't stay long enough to see it all. They have a nice gift shop.

my wife an i, both seniors visited this gallery in a recent visit to Puerto Rico. the collection is interesting and provides a good overview of the historical development of art. the staff were Knowledgeable and eager to share information.

We had a quick visit to this beautiful museum. It celebrates Puerto Rican visual arts. It deserved more time to visit the upstairs collections, but unfortunately we were not able to do so.
