This old square has recently been refurbished, and some buildings still are. They are remade old style, so it gives a impression of what the past have been. It has several small restaurants and shops (Paul Shark, and Colors of benetton to mention a couple)....More

We visited and were told that this open square was saved from previous plans of making it into a parking lot......... It is an impressive place, beautiful buildings....glad the Cubans re- thought the parking aspect..........lots of history here !!!!!
