Manchebo Beach resort was not our 1st choice but stayed because we couldn’t get a room next door at Bucuti Beach resort. However, I couldn’t be more pleased ! Everyone works to make you welcome and relaxed as soon as you arrive and continue to work to stay turned in to your needs, comfort , and privacy. We would definitely book again! Bucuti is adults only but ai think Manchebo will allow children. Both are directly on Eagle Beach which is perfect

Everything was outstanding ! Clean rooms and service excellent ! Food good drinks could be better. Too sweet and weak! Beach service excellent. Alex was the best. Remembered our drinks. All staff couldn’t do enough for us. From the front desk to servers and housekeeping. It was a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. My only recommendation would be to have a live calypso band or island entertainment in the evening. Highly recommended

This beach is part of the Manchebo resort and part of Eagle beach. The chairs and palapas are reserved for guests only and they will run you off the chairs if you aren’t a guest. This is not the place for kids. It’s quiet and the waves are bigger. The undertow or current is also stronger here. If you have littles I’d go to Palm beach area, Arashi beach for easier swimming.
With that said we enjoyed the beach, it was great for relaxing and peaceful naps away from the hustle. We would definitely recommend here or Eagle beach.

This beach is just the southern end of Eagle Beach. It is broad for most of the length, and narrows at the south, where there are some nice restaurants in hotels. The low rise hotels on most of this beach are set back, leaving lots of room. Not crowded at all. No watersports vendors. The hotels have the concession for palapas, which are near the hotels for convenience of their guests. The hotels separate this beach from the road, so there’s no nearby parking. The sand is soft and white and does not get hot, so walking along this beach is very pleasant. It is very clean. The wind constantly blows, but makes for a cooling effect. There is a slope into the water and waves are not too rough.

Beautiful stretch of natural beach and the low rise section is so peaceful. The sea is not flat Carribean as further up the way, but the aqua blue and the waves are so wonderful.
Hopefully this area will stay preserved and low key to keep the giant turtles coming back to lay their eggs. We were lucky to be here during hatching and able to pass by the blocked off nesting mounds on our daily walks. We were grateful that people respected the protected areas, and even better, were gathered to assist the environmentalists in guiding the hatchlings down to the water edge! Very exciting and wonderful to see this rare occurrence in such a populated area. 1 in 1000 are reported to survive!

Total relaxation on the best beach in Aruba! The staff is wonderful and service great! We discovered that we left my wife's wallet in the safe and called from baggage claim in Boston after landing at 10:00 in the evening! DW called and spoke to Majida at the desk and the wallet was recovered in 5 minutes and put in the resort safe overnight. We got a call at 8:30 next morning from Milanyela who made arrangements to ship it back to us.... and a DHL confirmation before noon! That's outstanding customer care!

Having been to Palm Beach, Baby Beach, and Eagle Beach, I wished I had spent the entire weekend at Manchebo. Not that the others were bad; Manchebo was just better.
First, it's gorgeous. The water was clear, blue, and the perfect temperature. The sand is white and fluffy. You can see forever out into the ocean, too. It's exactly what I picture when I think of an idyllic, Caribbean beach.
Second, there's plenty of room. We went on a Saturday morning and stayed through the afternoon, and we never had trouble finding space from people out in the water when we wanted it. There were plenty of huts, and as long as you move the hotel chairs out from under them, they are free to use (this from one of the local beach staff).

Manchebo is THE best. First time in Aruba, celebrating two birthdays on a girls trip and the staff at Manchebo made it so incredibly special. They are wonderful, attentive, and knew our names from the start. The food is amazing as well, and the drinks are lovely (definitely try the Manchebo Breeze - it was our favorite). The hotel grounds are spectacular, very well kept, and the beach is phenomenal. I’ll be staying here every time I visit Aruba! 10/10 recommend.

We stayed at ABC and enjoyed our walks on the beach. The stretch from ABC to Eagle Beach is nice, less wavy than the part in front of CDM and not as crowded as Palm Beach and the section of Eagle Beach in front of La Cabana. Also they have put in a large paved parking area next to Costa Linda which makes it much easier for folks who are not staying on Manchebo.

We went for our 50th anniversary. The property is beautiful and the staff from the beach to the front staff is amazing. Thank you to Randall who welcomed us the first day and made our anniversary dinner special. Thank you to everyone on the staff who were so helpful. A special thank you to Christian, Karel and Andrew in security who helped a scared wife get her husband to the emergency room. And a special thank you to Setchel, Sandra, Swinda, Majida and Klark who drove me back and forth to the hospital. If I forgot a name, I’m sorry. Thank you to all. Hoping to see you for #51.

Se puede ir si no sos huésped del hotel? Hay palapas públicas? Gracias

Is the water really rough compared to palm beach? I really want to stay here but am concerned about the rough water. Basically can I put a raft in the water and just relax without getting sea sick ? And can I swim without waves weighing me down? Just want calm waters and don’t want to waste my money staying at this hotel if the water is rough. This is my only concern.

Wanting to know about the beach, have read the waves are rough and there is coral or rock in the water

I spent the month of January in Aruba and choose to go to Manchebo beach almost all the time. Never had problems with rocks/coral or waves being too rough. This is my favorite beach on the island.

Hi I will be coming here in 2 weeks which will be my 2nd time in 10 years, I loved this place as then it was perfect, now I've read some reviews the there is coral or rocks in the water and the waves are rough, it was so calm the this is the reason we are returning, hopefully there are no issues with the water this time.

I spent the month of January going to mostly Manchebo because it was our favorite beach. I never saw rocks or coral. It is so clear and doesn't drop the way some of the other beaches do. If you walk further down towards the Divi, they have rocks all over the beach. Very disappointing. Going the other way is Eagle beach and they have lots of drops into the water. If you want rocks and coral, go up past Palm Beach and you will find plenty of beach to snorkel if that is what you want.

We are staying inland. Are the beach chairs/shade only for resort guests or can anyone use them? What about parking? We are traveling with small kids and want a beach that we can have access to facilities. Thanks! We didn’t care for baby beach.

We rent through Airbnb and stay a month in Aruba in January. If you rent a car, you can park anywhere, near any beach. Manchebo is our favorite and it is not just for hotel guests. What you can't do is use their chairs. Ask your hosts if they supply beach chairs and coolers. Ours do and did. Manchebo has parking in 2 different places. We have walked and used the Divi's bathrooms or gone the other way and used that resort's bathrooms. No one stops you, especially if you stop for a drink at their bar on the beach. Eagle beach has plenty of parking too. I didn't care for Baby Beach. Go to Arashi beach if you want to snorkel. The Cabana resort across from Eagle beach has happy hour and so worth it if you are on the beach.
Have fun!

Yes, you may take a taxi from the cruise port - not very expensive. All of the beaches in Aruba are public. WCWV always parks in the hotel parking lot at Spa Del Sol - Manchebo Resort Hotel and walk through the lobby. There are two very nice restaurants in the hotel - a chop steak house and a asian type. Both are outstanding! Walk pass the hotel pool and follow the path to the beach. Again, visit the SPA - a must! Tell them World Class Wedding Venues referred you. 100%, you will LOVE it!

Love this area the best in all of Aruba. Is there anywhere that we can rent beach loungers around this part of the beach? we are staying in a condo and could bring our own chair.... but rather have a lounger.

Get a massage at the Machebo Spa and you will get a beach chair, towel, and use of the shower for free. World Class Wedding Venues - Say "I Do" Worldwide - our team visits the spa several times a year and LOVES it, love the beach at Manchebo. In front of the spa is a great Fig Tree - the best tree on the island. You can have your chairs placed there. You can also walk down to Ricardo's for a great inexpensive lunch.
