This visual art exhibit was incredible. We were put off at first by the large line outside, but it moved quickly and we were in the exhibit after about 15 minutes. Once inside, the display has many, many areas and rooms with different themes. We...More

Just wrote similar review under the actual museum. This was just stunning! The movement & color was mesmerising and you were lost and didn’t look at the time. Every room was so different and beautiful. I don’t like museums but this was the best!

One of the most particular experience I have ever tried. The atmosphere is surreal and you will experience something totally uncommon for a "museum". Must try.

This is the best Tokyo can offer! Groundbreaking technology marries out of this world aesthetics creativities. You will need to book in advance, and you will need a whole day there. Be sure to visit the “tea room”

45min to get in was the start of a mixed experience. We thought that the outside crowds may lead to fewer inside crowds, but we were proven wrong. Inside totally overcrowded so that you can’t enjoy any installation, though some seem to be really nice....More

Amazing experience. Easy to immerse yourself in the light and sound sensations. Well worth the visit as very different. No problem with queues. Rode big wheel ride nearby to get great view of where Tokyo games will be held.

Either right after they’ve opened, or in the evening 2 or so hours before closing. If you go on a weekday, it’s less crowded.
