This place is popular for weddings so you may well see newly married couples here posing for professional shots. Entrance is free. Multi-layered. A great resting spot in Shinagawa. Nice to couple a stop here with a stroll through the Nature Park, an oasis smack...More

When we were there, there was currently a wedding held there so we couldn't visit every corner of the garden, but as far as I can tell, it's a more than beautiful place! There were only a few people strolling with us so it had...More

I can't believe this is rated so highly on Trip Advisor. First of all, it's a wedding venue. Nothing historical about it. The garden is pretty but very small, and there are much more beautiful gardens and parks all over Tokyo. This place is in...More

Shinagawa / Gotanda
In Shinagawa, an office district shares space with
luxury residential buildings and the scene is
constantly changing with rapid development. Ikedayama
park and Togoshi park are great places to see
beautiful traditional Japanese gardens with ponds, as
well as enjoy the changing seasons. Shinagawa was a
post and a port town during the Edo era and the lavish
old Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples at Shinagawa
