It is located near Meguro station. The institute preserved a sanctuary for plants and animals which have rarely been observed in the heart of Tokyo city. Although it is relaxing, unfortunately not excited me.

You can walk by this park and not imagine its size or significance. Few tourists consider visiting it but it is worth a stop and a stroll for an hour or so. Quiet, serene, natural, hence the name. Negligible entrance fee.
