A local fish market with many stalls selling fresh fish, while others are grocery stalls selling dried foodstuff. It's about 20 stalls along a covered lane after entering from the main shop front. There's a little restaurant on top of one of the stall where...More

It was 2 mins away from my hotel and one of a few pitstops on my way to Hakata Station so it was okay to have a quick look. It's really small, not all stalls were occupied...nothing remarkable about it. I have nothing more to...More

An interesting local market to visit. Don't go expecting the scale of Tsukiji, it's more of a 35 min visit. But still interesting for its variety. The fish cakes and fruit are exceptional. Do try the Strawberries if you aren't on a budget. Also stop...More

Still a nice place to stop by especially for breakfast as there is plenty of freshly made food and places to eat. Recommend Yamada's which is around the corner.

Actually, a general market. Some dry goods at the back, pastry and some fishes. Small place and Sun Road, an alley is opposite and also worth a visit.

The size of the market is not big and no many varieties of stalls. One bakery, one coffee shop and over ten selling fresh stuff. For those interested in fishes and marine life, they would be glad to see all sorts of fishes, clams, shellfish...More
