Absolutely beautiful view from the lighthouse! Was my favorite spot of the whole trip! Also enjoyed the walk up, though it may be tough for older folks. There were many fur seals about at the time, playing and fighting among the rocks far below.

Easy 1km walk to the lighthouse. Though when driving up to parking take your time, as the road thins out and twists and turns.

The walk to the lighthouse is magical. One of the highlights of our trip. The surf, sun and sea all combine to make this a special spot.

Such sheer magical views on both sides of the point. Great walking track to the lighthouse and was good to have informative signs,well done DOC.

Getting there is easy. The road is now more or less entirely surfaced. The road from Kaka Point gets increasingly up and down and more winding and it narrows in places but is an easy drive. The lighthouse is 900 m from the car park....More

Hi All easy driving with good parking well sign posted. We were in motor home. Gravel not a problem at all, enjoy!
