A nice friendly and cosy pub. Good decorand clean. A decent bar with a good selection. The customers are all pleasant so it's easy to feel welcome. The garden is a proper little sun trap.

Got tempted by the nicely designed beer garden to have a drink while the sun was shining. I notice that they've started doing hot snacks again which has come just at the right time since the local Wetherspoons will shortly close for a month. Will...More

Been going to the white horse for many years but won't be going in again. When asking for a bad smelling pint to be changed the land lady gill turned on our group, wouldn't even smell the drink and asked us to leave. Disgusting attitude.

Visited The White House for a friends birthday over the weekend and will not be going back. The beer was awful (off in my opinion) and the attitude of the staff was even worse. Never expected to be threatened and called a c**t. Disgusting!
