Visited today for the first time. The park was immaculate, great facilities and well set out. Kids play areas are really good, fountains are excellent. The flower gardens are beautiful, really made for an excellent family day out.

Lovely walk, the conservatory unfortunately was vandalised and has lovingly restored to its natural beauty, bowling green full of players which was nice to see, needs more cameras and security to keep the vandals out, such a lovely park needs to be cherished

Had coffee and biscuits - biscuits were Border which are always lovely. Staff were efficient and almost pleasant. Clearing up, lowering shutters and stacking furniture at 3.30pm ready for 4pm closure. Not very nice.

Great place for a timeout with family, kids or walks with your dog. Also a good place for sports and British military fitness run classes 2 or 3 times a week

Sorry no Gym. But they hold extreme fitness sessions Tuesday and Thursday at 19-00 and 10-30 on Sunday morning. Split into 3 levels of ability. Really well attended.

I’ve only parked on the Street, there is a few entrances, and is pathed so you can get about, cafe and toilets as well.
