Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I have had the pleasure of knowing the entire Dunlop for decades and have taken dozens of visitors to Ballymoney to see both Joey's and his brother Roberts memorials over the years , but last week for the first i visited the memorial , while standing beside the amazing bronze replica of himself on his bike,I spoke to him for a while then I spent some time on my own reading the list of victories this amazing friend achieved

A lovely and well thought out memorial garden with statues of the two great motorbike sport legends - Joey and Robert Dunlop. A worthwhile visit if you are a biker and wish to learn more about the two brothers and pay your respects also.

This is a must see when you visit Ballymoney and then call into Joe's pub just a few metres from the memorial.

A tranquil place in the heart of Ballymoney.
Fantastic tribute to the Dunlop dynasty, in particular, Joey and Robert. Their success in road racing was outstanding, as portrayed by their list of achievements in the garden!

I am sure bikers from all over the world visit this memorial. The Dunlop brothers were motorcycling legends, much loved and respected by their many fans. Our recent visit to the Memorial Garden was to pay our respects to William Dunlop who died tragically on 7 July 2018. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Dunlop family.

This memorial garden and statues of Joey and Robert Dunlop is a must for motorcycle enthusiasts particularly if you are a TT addict. The town of Ballymoney has gone out of the way to pay tribute to these amazing brothers who died pressing the limits and doing what they loved. An emotional experience and one which represents the need for the human spirit to conquer the track. An added bonus is Joey's bar located about a block behind which is run by the family and has great memorabilia of Joey- you may even be fortunate enough to meet Linda, his wife, who runs the bar with great pride!
