My husband and I walked this in 30 mins, we are in our 50's and reasonably fit. Some parts are are quite hilly and one road was steep. Interesting seeing back residential streets of the town, including historical homes.

A lovely walk through this delightful town - the Historical Society has done an excellent job of maintaining the signs and information which make this walk so interesting and enjoyable. And the Art and Craft Gallery in the centre of town is truly splendid!

Really enjoyed the Heritage Trail, not overly strenuous but well worth the walk, some great views and finish at Mangonui so you can stop at the café.
