Lovely place to enjoy a tranquil walk along the waterside. A lot of work has been done to reclaim the park along side the water and work continues on planting in and around the waterside - it is lovely.

A strip that runs through Hsinchu city centre where you can partially escape from the mayhem going on around you. You can still hear the traffic, but you can sit and enjoy the river, ducks, fish and egrets. Worth a visit if close by.

The Riverside Park starts between the cobblestone streets that come off of Dongmen Circle. There, the city often has cultural affairs like Lantern Festival (which happens in February, usually) and other attractions. The walk continues under Dongmen Circle and leads to East Gate. From there...More
