The WORST experience in Bali so far!
We usually travel to Bali for our holidays and chose the best spots to spend a relaxed holiday! ( it is our 8th time in Bali)
Unfortunately this beach club is definitely one of the worst places on the island where you can enjoy your day!
First of all they offer you a choice of sun beds or bin bags to seat by the pool without any sort of shade!
When we asked for the umbrella to me moved in order to get some shade…there were plenty of excuses! Eventually the staff managed to move the umbrella in order for us to get some shade!
Few hours after this experience the rain started and we had to move at the bar area!
Suddenly we were asked to move from the bar area -small 2-seater table towards the restaurant because that particular table from 6 other tables was booked!
When the manager arrived to chat about the experience at this pretentious beach club and we explained our concerns and the lack of proper customer service he did not even apologize for the inconvenience caused!
He was very rude and lacked any type of service recovery skills!
Do yourself a favor and go for a different beach club! There are plenty of choices out there!
Overall NOT recommended!
Cocktails are not strong enough, pretty diluted and food is average which is abnormal for Bali!

Terrible Experience! We asked to be placed on the day beds with ombrella close to the beach and they told us they were fully booked . We ended up in a cabana for 3 mln RP which barely kept us in the shade, was too small for three and made us bake in it. The beds on the the fron were almost empty for the rest of the day. The food was horrible! We ordered the seafood platter ( most expensive item on the menu ) and it was uneatable. The fish was smelly, poorly cooked and we were all sick after. Service was very bad. Their only concern was they we would pay before even sitting at arrival!

나시고랭이랑 치킨 사태 너무 맛있었음. 양도 많고 돈이 안아까울 정도임.
노래 선곡도 좋았음. 분위기가 여유롭고 좋음.
여기 간다면 꼭 일몰까지 보세요. 일몰맛집ㅎㅎ
Nasi goreng and chicken satay were so delicious.
I highly recommend it.
Also the song selection was good and the service is good too.
Suta is really kind and nice. He gave us perfect service☺️

Beautiful beach club with free entrance. However, if you want to sit somewhere other than the bar, you have to spend a minimum amount of money. We chose to sit at the bar and had to order a drink to get the towels. The drink was delicious! The staff was especially amazing, super friendly and kind. Especially Adit, who gave us a lot of advice on what to do in Canggu and around Bali. There is also good space for changing, showers and clean bathroom area. Would definitely come back!

This beach club is gorgeous from the day beds to pools to sensory. This beach club is not to far from both Canggu and seminyak, it provides a wide range of seating and lounging. The food menu here is also great! although for the vibe and size of this beach club there should be some age restrictions put in place, it is not as large as other popular beach clubs here in bali, and trying to have a enjoyable day here with some friends enjoying some drinks by the pool felt a bit intrusive by a swarm of little kids fighting in the pool, running around screaming and weirdly crowing the pool bar. but overall good experience.

I must say it was an amazing experience! The Traditional Balinese dance was spectacular. They also have stunning beach front location - best place for sunset and awesome music. Excellent service, great food and drinks too. Such a great place to have a good time in Bali!

The view is nice.
The staff were friendly but extremely disorganised & so service was poor. We regularly had to correct orders & chase up food & drinks that hadn't been delivered.
It also started to rain, no suprise in the rainy season, but the staff were completely unable to handle it & the customers wishing for seats under cover. This was on a quiet night so I dread think what it's like when it's busy!

It was ok, we had a sunset bed. The food was good but the music was terrible which I think stopped us from having the best time. Sea was rough so we couldn’t swim - no one’s fault but yeah it was an ok day.
If you like afrobeats, pop/chart music I would recommend Omma club - Ubud.

Very average service, over priced and unhelpful staff.
Nice venue with lovely views. Towels weren’t provided for the pool.
The prices of food/drinks is not in keeping with the standard of the place.
Limited choices.
Being told insulin is not allowed in the venue for a diabetic made us leave after 2 hours

My time at Mari Beach Club in Canggu was pure relaxation and enjoyment. From the inviting pools to the attentive service, everything was just right.
The environment of the club is calming and very relaxing. There are many opportunities to sit down and relax in a quiet corner.
What stood out was the staff's warmth. Their genuine hospitality made me feel welcome and appreciated.
Of course, the ocean view was a highlight. Watching the sunset was a wonderful experience.
In short, Mari Beach Club in Canggu is a peaceful getaway offering nature, good food, and sincere service. If you're after a relaxed retreat, this is the place
