One of the best things we did on Stewart Island! Dave is a master carver and storyteller. You get to pick from his wide selection of beautiful pounamu (greenstone/jade) from all over NZ, and he carefully guides you through the process for cutting/shaping/polishing. Dave and...More

We had a great day carving our own jade stone. Dave is a good teacher and he has many awesome pieces of work. Four stars, because it is rather expensive

Excellent course, very reasonable price, great teacher. I absolutely loved it, and I often wear my own, beautiful "neckbrick" in my home country of Denmark.
