Worst place to gamble. The bouncer Brian kicked me out for playing at a table. I can’t believe it. Haha

We visited Harrah's Rincon twice during the month of October. The first time we felt safe enough to visit a second time. We were shocked at the amount of smokers at the slots without masks...just blowing smoke everywhere. We will not be back.

Hi CarolesD7500HB, We appreciate your feedback and we completely understand your concerns. At this time we are still allowing our guests to smoke in the casino. However, we are constantly monitoring the situation and the CDC guidelines. We also monitor the casino and enforce our mask policy, as all guests need to be wearing masks when they are not eating, drinking or smoking. Next time you're here, if you have any concerns with guests not wearing masks, flag one of our teammates down and we will be happy to assist.

I wasn’t too impressed with the stay at this location. From the beginning, it seemed like there was misinformation from the staff at the hotel on several things. First off, I was charged for one night when my stay was supposed to be complimentary. Then, I had to wait for the refund of one night to be put back into my account only to have the authorization for incidentals (which is $150) remain on my account for the full 10 days. The hotel staff just refer you to the billing department (who does not answer the phone) and who does not return phone calls after leaving a message. I requested a copy of my bill and was told that since it was zero dollars, that they could not provide me anything, which I know is incorrect. I submitted a request for a copy of my bill via the website and never got a response even though they say they will get back to you within 3 days. My bank would have happily released the $150 if I had been able to get a copy of my bill upon check out. Their website says to use the express check out but I just got an error every time I tried to use it. The room was mediocre and was missing a chair to the desk and had scuff marks on it. The lamps had some weird dust collecting in them and looked shabby. (See pictures) and their website doesn’t reflect the updated policy on room-service (which is no longer available). Wasn’t the best staycation I’ve had and after dealing with the hassles around the $150 authorization, there was a bad taste left in my mouth. The one positive was that the front desk staff were very nice and helpful and did a great job.…

I really used to enjoy this resort as it is only an hour away from home. The pool is really nice and the casino has a good assortment of slots and table games. My most recent trip the customer service was horrible!! Change machines not working, long lines at the cashier and restaurants, no room service. No priority services for Diamond and Seven stars players etc. to top it off I ordered a movie in my room and accidentally pushed a membership for karaoke or something, tried to call down to the front desk to tell them, my room phone disconnected 3 times so I used my cell phone after the movie and the front desk agent basically made fun of me and said they weren’t taking off the additional membership fee of $6.99 I asked to talk to his manager and he said he had to email her and she would get back to me the next day. I did this so I could let her know the poor level of customer service I received, when I did get a call from Mia a supervisor over 17 hours later she was basically on the same script! These employees are being trained to not give a sh*t about their guests!! Loyalty means nothing to them and they are going to loose a lot of their Diamond and Seven star guests to others companies like MLife.…

Hello Lamar, We're sorry to hear you feel that way. Funner’s more than place, it’s a state of mind. But when you can’t get into that state of mind, it might not be your place.
