Nice, comfortable and clean appartments with good equiped bedroom and bathroom , as a base for watching puffins, razorbills and other birds. Instructive film about the herring immigration, waste of plastic in our planet and treasures of the V.O.C-ship Arkendam. Friendly and informative employees.

Great display of taxidermy birds on the second floor. Good little cafe downstairs...the ONLY place to get food on Runde. If they're not open you're out of luck! They have rental apartments with nice views of the water. Showers if you need them!

Today, I was lucky to be part of the Ålesund Guide group visiting this location, what a great presentation. Runde is for bird lovers, especially the Puffin. But this location is a good starting point, and also has apartments for rent.

Rundle may not be the end of the world, but I think you can almost see it from here. We were simply meandering around the coastline with little agenda and not much time pressure so we quite enjoyed our visit, but if you have specific...More
