The highest peak in wayanad. More than 2000 m high from sea level. You have to take permission from forest office in meppadi for tracking.

This is one of the best place for to be visiting. It's a tourism area and we have to see the real beauty of nature. We are so enjoyed on there.

Very nice place to enjoy the beauty of nature.Good atmosphere....we can take many beautiful clicks from here.... Please don't choose rainydays to visit this place because the road is not good.

It is closed now but the heart shape lake is a must see place. Best trekking place for group of people

the chembra peak is closed from may end till rainy season is complete and only 200 entries per day i heard dont know about the entry restricted to 200 is true or false

Good to go with a guide. Do ensure that you are wearing proper footwear as the path can get quite steep and rocky. Do carry an umbrella or poncho with you as light drizzle or rain can be expected. The scenery is amazing! The trek...More

Chembra peak,the trekking spot for any tourist visiting kalpetta,Waynad...It took nearly an hour to reach at the top....The heart shaped pond was an attraction at the top,but the main scenery were the clouds that could be seen beneath us......A heaven on earth was the feel...More

There is no permission needed. It has to be open for trekking. Please check with locals or the hotel people.

Chembra road construction is going on. Probably in August chembra peak will be open.
